Mr. Micek's responsibilities include targeting emerging companies in need of management support and project and venture financing. As a principal in his own management consulting company and merchant banking firm, The Micek Group, he acquired over twenty-two years of experience in various corporate development roles with emerging companies, serving on various boards as well as in CEO and CFO management positions. Prior engagements include extensive work in managing business turnaround and rapid growth situations. He has particular experience in taking private companies public through both reverse merger and spin-off strategies. In the area of technology transfer, Mr. Micek has worked with many inventors in monetizing their inventions.

Highlights of his past projects include:


 Hyperdynamics Corporation (amex:hdy); Founding CEO. Company is currently on the American Stock Exchange
  with a market cap of $98 million.


• IQ Biometrix, Inc./Wherify, Inc.(nasdbb:wfyw); Participated as a founding CEO and principal of the public entity,
  board member, and in various management roles with IQ Biometrix to execute a merger with Wherify, which
  had a market capitalization at time of merger of over $400 million.


• Bluegate Corporation (nasdbb:bgat); Engaged as interim CFO to assist in raising over $1 million for the funding.
  The company experienced a tenfold increase in market valuation during the timeframe engaged as CFO.


 Primary consultant to oversee the reorganization of the Parker Companies, a long-standing, family-owned,
  Houston-based, diversified construction supply company, to eliminate over $60 million in debt and preserve
  over $30 million in assets.


 Primary consultant engaged by the City of Austin to set up a multi-million dollar incubation program,
  which was designed to allow small and minority contractors to participate in the construction of the
  Bergstrom Airport.


 Previously worked within the Private Companies Advisory Services Group of Deloitte and Touche
  (formerly Touche, Ross) with a focus on emerging companies and mergers and acquisitions.


 Greg received his law degree from Creighton University in 1980. He is the Founder of the Houston
  Inventors Association and the Young Inventors Association of America.

Greg has been married for eighteen years to his wife, Nancy, and has three children, ages 15, 9 and 5. His oldest son, Gregory, is a nationally ranked fencer.
