PARTNER BUILDERS
Partner Builders are also high level executives who, working under the direction of the corporate strategist, implement the tactics that will lead to corporate wide value enhancement. Depending on the needs of the particular organization these people will be hand picked by the corporate strategist for their ability to team build,address corporate culture issues, and execute the tactics that the strategist has identified. These are the “heavy lifters’ of the EB team.
