Frank "Buddy" Rhodes today announced the formation of a new platform for Enterprise Builders, Inc. the company he founded in 1986. The new Enterprise Builders assists businesses in building their future business valuation. According to Mr. Rhodes, "today's business climate is so dynamic and volatile that owners and principals do not have time to focus on building overall value in the enterprise, they are too busy focusing on day to day operations." Therefore, when the principals want to sell the business or retire they find they have no exit strategy and are frequently dismayed to discover the business is worth much less than they had hoped. Additionally, investment bankers and the investment community also does not have the time to build value in a company in their portfolio due to the mega deal climate of today's investment environment. Therefore, the mission of Enterprise Builders, Inc. is to "close the gaps" and to create a pathway for client companies to maximize valuation. EB will identify which company activities and assets are distinctive to provide a platform to produce a continuous stream of new value which has not previously been factored into the enterprise valuation.
